Shipping policy

At saja.bel, we don’t want you “weighting” too long - your straps are packed with care and shipped from our Wellington office as quickly as possible.

Standard Shipping Timeframes

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
• Rural addresses may take a little longer.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please note: estimated delivery times are provided by NZ Post and may vary due to courier delays.

Shipping Costs

• Free NZ shipping on every order ♡
  Your Saja Straps are shipped from our Wellington studio and include complimentary tracked shipping anywhere in New Zealand.

Signature on Delivery

• At checkout, you’ll be able to choose whether or not a signature is required.
• If you select “No Signature Required” or have an NZ Post authority-to-leave agreement, your parcel can be left at your address without a signature.             

Please note: if you choose 'no signature' option, saja.bel cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once NZ Post confirms delivery.

PO Boxes

We cannot ship to PO Boxes — please provide a physical address.

Delays During Busy Periods

Please allow extra time during launches, promotions, or public holidays.
